Order processing begins immediately after an order is submitted. Order modifications are not permitted after an order is placed on our website. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Qualified return requests may be offered a store credit only. Customers are advised to contact our company within 7 days of receiving their goods to be eligible. Any request commenced after this 7-day time frame will be disqualified. Products being returned must be sent in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. Hair extensions cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in anyway.

We recommend that all returns sent to us be covered with postal tracking and signature options. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. Customers are responsible for all return freight costs when qualified returns are accepted. Once your return item is examined and deemed to be resalable, a store credit will be generated. If you purchased your item during a promotion and the promotion has ended, your previous promotion does not apply to your new order. Store credits or gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash on any grounds.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF OUR LACE PRODUCTS (LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES, LACE FRONTALS), CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REPLACED ON ANY TERMS.
We take extreme care and caution when dealing with your orders and guarantee a quality product. For our hair extension products, they can often be remedied with a simple wash and deep conditioning process. However, if you feel you’ve received a defective or unusual product we want to hear from you. Please notify a Customer Care Specialist within 7-calendar days from the date you receive your package.
Using non-recommended products and processing on our hair extensions, such as perming, coloring, use of clarifying shampoos, natural shampoos, color lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing hair from the weft will immediately void your request for a replacement or exchange.
If your request for a defective product is denied, we will return the item in question back to the customer (via standard mail).
Studio Grade Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any action, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including products not being available after purchase. Studio Grade Inc. will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except expressly provided herein. Customers agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Studio Grade Inc. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer.
